Thread: Very Strange Problem

I'm unable to access internet from evening 6 to morning 6 :crying:
I'm unable to ping DEFAULT GATEWAY and PRIMARY DNS at that time.

What may be the problem ??

whether you use a dialler or can access net by simply swtiching on the modem.

i think its a local fault happening..

pls dont cry we are with you...

Even I am unable to access the internet from 2.00 am to 8.00 am effectively eliminating my free usage...tried complaining but no use ...already i get very low speeds compared to others (90 kbps average download speed in home combo 500 C plan) and now this new problem ...I am very unlucky

Please post ipconfig /all data
Showing lease time obtained.
Start RUN type cmd type ipconfig /all.

In Modem Wan page Idle time etc .
Re-check. Modem model/make required.
