Rep Power: 1  |  emergency ! bsnl home 500 ! i am using home 500 connection for past 8 months and getiing the speed of 230 kBps easily but from past 2 to 3 days i got speed only between 100 to 150 kBps and thats for all the sites including private trakers , microsoft etc ! what should i do ? i formated my computer recently so no chance of virus ! should i configure my modem again ? if yes then how ? my modem (zte zxdsl 531b) please help me ! i am from gujarat. is this speed fluctuation is normal ? thanks ! |

Rep Power: 1 | Some fluctuation is normal. It gets corrected usually in a few days. Yet, you can complain to BSNL, they will look into it, if there is any problem in the line etc., they will correct. |

| It will be nice to observe for a week. May be some temporary fluctuation due to some BSNL activities. |
