    Default Urgent help needed...

    Hi...
    I have been using BSNL Broadband Home 500 for a year now....

    The problem is...

    On 2009-05-23 and 2009-05-24 , the connection started at 1:59 am .... instead of the usual 2:04 am ... so ... i got billed for the download from 1:59 to 2:30 am .... on both the days ....

    now my bill amount is 1200Rs...!

    any suggestions ?

    Try to negotiate. Only that can be useful. Go in person and try to persuade them for a discount.

    Ok... will try that tom...
    apparently many users too had experienced the same problem ... the bsnl server was slow by 4 mins on these 2 days....

    Those I know advise a 10 - 15 minute gap to be on safe side. It is not wise to expect accuracy from BSNL.
