Hi,
I got this new BSNL BB connection 2 days back (ITI DNA modem with Wifi). It worked fine the first day but from second day, when I try connecting, I'm getting a message - error-678, remote computer busy/fone line busy etc. when I did the diagnostic after connecting to the router via 192.168.1.1, I'm getting "FAIL" for default Gateway ping. does this something to do with the service provider or is it plain modem setting issue?
any help on this regard is highly appreciated.
