I have been a broadband customer since april 21.The plan for which i had applied was 500C+.But i got 500C and all the portals shown it as provisioned from that date and i got bsnl mails that saying i have exceeded 1,5 gb limit etc..i used 500C to test my monthly usages.After 2 months i found that i am exceeding 2gb every month.( i can't control it!!).In may i used 2.1gb and this month 2.4gb.So i decided to change my plan to 500C+.So i submitted an application
After i week thats today i got a call from bsnl saying that you are trying to update your plan from 500C+ to 500C+!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i felt like crying and laughing at the same time.then i said to them that all portals shown 500C and even bsnl mails were there saying that i hav exceeded 1.5 gb limit and asked them to confirm that which plan is active in my number.
After 10 min they called again n said that they hav verified it and my plan is 500C+ also previous bills are made using that plan.The portals are showing the error.They told me to follow 500C+ plan.
Actually i was lucky because i thought i have exeeded 1.5 gb limit in both months and expected a huge bill.But as of now 400 mb was wasted in may and i can use some mbs in this month also.
