You are shocked with this news ----- BSNL Launch Low Coast PC - ( NetPC ) in Gujarat Just Now It is a huge step to awareness in internet education growth and People of Gujarat Might Be take benifit of this product with bsnl after paying very much low cost for PC and Broadband connection

I think you are talking about Nova PC. The monitor will be charged extra. It is suitable for basic users just for checking mail and normal browsing.

Very idealistic... but common we all know the quality of it is gonna be trash... dont think it will be value for money.
