Rep Power: 2 | @ saurav, Download/Upload are independent of each other. Don't think about Torrents alone. If you set your upload to a low limit using bandwidth limit tools say Traffic Shaper, your download is not going to get affected in anyway. But in case of torrents, only the clients ban the low upload speed torrent sources and not because of any dependency. Rep for your work Same thread was discussed with me here Download / Upload - SKAPadmin.net Forum - Security Forum. Have a look. Just for safer side that we are not using any reserved ports. Most of ports above 32000 are free and not used by any other protocols. |
