Please mention if you use a dialler to connect or can simply connect by switching On the modem. Disconnection are mainly due to line complaints. Please post your SNR and Attenuation values.

If you do not use a dialler, switch to bridge mode, create a dialler and try.

SNR 7dB-10dB. = Fair but does not leave much room for variances in conditions.

Try bridge mode if you are comfortable.

Try only if you are comfortable

Type 192.168.1.1 in the browser, enter id and password as admin

Configuration > Internet connection > in the table select the PPPoE entry > edit

> Browse through, at one point you will find an option to choose Bridging

Select it, browse through to apply.

Create a new connection (through control panel) and input your username and password. Or you can download and install PPPoE dialler from here

Please note the existing values before you change

--------

Ask your lineman to check the lines. A complaint to local exchange may be useful.

Question

@ Anil

Did you figure out if the DSL light on your modem is stable ? For my Modem WA3002G4 I use a bridge mode and no need of a dialer. The connection is very stable.

This is not a helpful reply. You should specify
what you "tried" from which post and what is the "problem".
Not all members read the thread from the beginning.

You are trying to increase the snr values, which MAY improve if
Mod ADSL2+ IS DISABLED. and GDMT is selected
( after checking connections/contacts/cables etc as
mentioned in post No 7 and 8 )
