    hi pepl i hav same problem for 6-7 month ....my net get disconnected after 2-3 min or after downloading 18-20mb at 230kbps speed.......
    i hav change my modem (my modem utstarcom wa3002ga) with my cousin's modem which is different from this.... i put extra lan card... change my lan wire..change wire of telephone connection..........plzzz help me yaar

    1. please avoid sms language.
    2. do you have any parallel phones in your house?
    3. please post the SNR values for your modem.

    your SNR seems good , does the DSL light go off when you get disconnected?

    Downstream Data Rate 2048000
    Upstream Data Rate 512000
    Check mode selected . GDMT if selected connection may become stable.
    Uncheck adsl2 + disable Annex M. bitswap enabled.
    see settings in DSL page of modem.
    Mention modem model and make.
    Do you have IPTV connection ?

    my modem utstarcom wa3002ga
    confirm modem router model make. A careless typing error.
    Could be G1 or G4.
    If G4 under management or maitenance disable Client_tr069.

    uncheck Annex M and SRA
    save reboot wait for two minutes.
    recheck Statistics/ adsl
    report only snr attn line speed actual mod selected.

    What is the present condition of your Internet
    connection ?
    Problem solved or not ?

    Check any Phone connected only AFTER ADSL splitter.
    Even if No phone is reqd , still connect it.

    sorry problem is not solve

    all phone are connected after splitter

    to check my splitter i remove the splitter and directly put wire into modem....no use

    Windows Firewall disabled.
    no hidden short cuts.

    this problem of frequent disconnection is exist even then when i install a fresh copy of windows....even then no additional program is install

    1.Uncheck last two entries in the network settings page.

    In Tcp/IP settings .
    2. select Obtain IP address automatically.
    3.enter DNs 208.67.220 and 208.67.222.222
    4. Apply Save.

    .5.
    Try "always On" connection , instead of "Bridged"

    Post again ipconfig /all data.

    step 5 skipped.
    go to "Always On " mode
    edit the page Ipconfig /all
    only valid entries needed.
