Guys I have a Big Story before I tell You what my prob is
I got an internet connection last year , from BSNL. I have WA3002G4 USTARCOM MODEM. I opted for Unlimited plan. Later I had stopped using it as i had some work in some place. Phone and Internet got disconnected. Before the disconnection My internet speed was Very Good Awesome ...had no problem with that. After getting reconnection I opted 250 plan for 1 month . Then i changed to Unlimited again ...♫♫TADA♫♫ ..THE PROBLEM started...I visited BSNL Office more than MY BATHROOM
I convinced them more than what I did to my girlfriend ! Finally Got a reconnection from BSNL !!!
unbelievable. Now my broadband gets disconnected very frequently 8-10 times a day
. Its due to low SNR margin I get around 6.1 to 10.0 as lowest 17-20 as highest. Today ! worst day at BSNL office
...I took my modem to BSNL head office..The Staff took the modem and in couple of minutes she said the modem was GONE ! I was like what-the-
? I came home, took a break connected it back and It worked
but some dumb guy had pressed reset so I called the call center and configured everything I even lodged a complain , this is the second complaint BACK-TO-BACK So I know that neither BSNL office people nor Call center people can help me.
So please Guys I beg you Please Help me...How can i increase my SNR margin ? It gets disconnected And please tell me , what are the etails I'm supposed to give to rectify this problem..Please help...
