One thing i forgot ask is that can we have HUB's like we do have them with cable net ... and use DC++ to share etcs~! i mean do we get LAN with BSNL like we get with cable net. Please solve my doubt

Please be specific when you aks questions.... bsnl dont provide lan, bsnl provide Router/Modem which have eathernet ports which will be connected to your lan so that you can share the bandwidth with other computers in your network.
