Please tell me guys how to take this disount the complete process please tell me...

There is a specific form which you need to get attested by your head of institution. Form will be available at your local exchange or JTO's office.

you could call up 1500 for all details.. they would specify clearly

1. obtain certifate format from exchange Accounts Officer
2. Get it certified by your organisation
3. Attach a copy of your identity card
4. Submit an application to the exchange Accounts Officer
5. Obtain receipt/acknowledgement
