Thread: Sites blocked on BSNL

Hi guys
I m on UL 750 plan
From 2 days i m facing a problem of some sites being blocked.
The main site for me i.e. IPTorrents.com :: Where Speed Speaks[/url] and i cannot open that site and all the torrents from this site are stopped giving the error in tracker column as "offline(timed out)" .
I can access the site from freeproxyserver.com: The Leading Proxy Servers Site on the Net[/url] , but what about torrents.
Also there is problem in tinypic.com
I can open tinypic.com and even upload images but when i put the URL in different forums in my threads i annot see them. I also cannot see the pics in other threads if the images are uploaded from tinypic.com
Plz help for this.

Control panel > Network connections > Local area connection > Properties

i already have that settings in DNS
Actually IPTorrents was working good before these 2 days
i had no problems whatsoever before these 2 days
any other solution plz

May be a temporary error from BSNL. Please wait for a day or two. Disable firewall and check. Also if you use Zonealarm or similar it will block certain sites.

Wen i tried to ping iptorrents.com
It said REQUEST TIMED OUT

open your browser and type 74.113.68.98 . are you able to open now?

Just gave a visit to BSNL office and they told me to change DNS to
218.248.255.139
218.248.255.205

which previously was
208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

In which part of India are these DNS numbers applicable ? We are all using Open DNS and getting all websites open !
