Thread: Usage not being shown

guys,
while checking for the usage of july month on portal, my usage is being shown as "No Records Found for July-2009" .....are u all facing the same thing ?

This topic has been beaten to death so many times.

In fact the topic is so dead that even nector will not revive it.

This is very old problem from BSNL most of the user normally face this problem in very early days of month(1-4).
Don't worry, I hope it will be normal after 3/4 July.
I have already faced this problem so many times.

was ur browsing and downloading counted then(1-4) ?

Yes definitely it will count but it will show after 3-4 (almost each month)

BSNL servers are down due to billing purpose during first week. You can find the details after 5 days. Please note, you will be charged even if it is not displayed.

Try this, option 3 can give real time usage data

As J4k said. It is a common issue and it is happening in almost every month at the begining.
