As a first step, they will file criminal case against you. And if it is done with the consent of the owner, then against that person also, not to mention immediate block on the connection.

The case will be filed under Economic Offences Wing.

In a simple word I can say that, it can not be done as BSNL BB connections are port binded and work only with the phone to which it is alloted.

you can be booked under the National Security Act (NSA)
No bail, hearing only be a special court.
