Thread: Slow speed in Utorrent

Hi frnz
i am usin dataone home 500. until few months back i used to get a dwnld speed of f 190-200 kbps whem i was using a basic adsl modem. now, i use a utstarcom wa3002g4 modem and i'm getting only around 80-90 in torrents. but i get 220-230 kbps in normal dwnldin ie. via internet dwnld manager. pls help me guyz.

speed was Ok, and now only you have problem.
test speed at
Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test say Delhi and Sydney servers.

Are you using the LAN mode or wi fi mode ?

Try port forwarding,

Port Forwarding Utorrent on the UTStarcom WA3002-G4

or

Port Forwarding Utorrent on the UTStarcom WA3002-G4v2

try downloading 3-4 torrents at a time and check your speed.. test with a ubuntu torrent!!
