Thread: help me please.. wifi issues..

well i have been using bsnl dataone UL256 for nearly 3 years now on a UT300R2U Adsl Modem.. I connect my HP Laptop to it.. now i got a phone which has wifi.. so what i did was to enable ICS and then i created a adhoc wifi network that my phone identifies and connects.. but when i try to browse it says No default Gateway.. but on three occasions i could successfully connect to the internet from my phone i don't know how it worked.. can anyone help.. i have a nokia 5800..

that was because sometimes your phone might have not received an ip from your xp ICS machine.. you just need to try reconnecting or even setting up a static ip on your phone would fix the issue..
