I Had Applied For Change In BB Plan On 30th Of June......and its 5th July Now...
Its Not Done......Bsnl Speeds R good But services r terrible......

It normally takes one week after application. Make follow ups with the exchange you gave the application. Go to data.bsnl.in, under " My orders ", enter your phone no and check the order status. Please update here.
