Default bsnl dna a211 connection problem!

This is my first post in this forum so kindly help

i'm using bsnl broadband home250 plan from three months,recently i pressed reset button in my modem and now i'm not able to connect it using the dialer which used to dial before resseting my modem now i'm confused what to do please tell me what settings should i apply to get it work again.Also tell me how can i secure my wifi.My modem is dna a211 .Any help would be appreciated.also tell me what is ppoe mode and what is bridge mode?

Type 192.168.1.2 in your browser, it will open the modem menu, browse through the pages. In the appropriate page enter VPI/ VCI as 0 - 35 and mode as bridging. Create a new dialler with username and password. Please update after you try.

Thanks for replying my problem has solved but i want to know what is difference between bridge and ppoe mode? and also how to secure my wifi?

In bridge mode, you need a dialler to connect. PPPoE mode is also known as " always on " mode. In PPPoE mode, you can connect simply by switching On the modem. For wifi modem, try this
