In India, the ISP which offers the best speed is BSNL. So there is no ISP which is good with speed and service.

There are a few ISPs which provide better (or rather consistent) speed but many of these cannot provide the service in your area. So it is like, what is the use if something is best but you cannot have it?

If you look very closely, you will have not more than two options of ISPs, more often than not only one.

So such debates are pointless. But if all options were available to me, I would still stay with BSNL because it offers value for money.

Are further debates here: http://www.indiabroadband.net/dsl-br...-best-isp.html (Best ISP)
