are you asking if p2p is possible? or asking for the speeds?

Anyways p2p is possible.. and you get around 1.5-1.8mbps speeds

you won't get speeds higher than the max speed of your plan no matter what you do.

whitestar this is too early to disapoint someone(if u remeber u told me once that ther is no way u can blow over port binding guess what i did) . yes ther is way (think positive) . notice the speed u get when connecting with the site bsnl.in ( u can tracert to) its more then the usual limit of 32kBps its around 1 mbps for me . its due to because its on local intranet of bsnl and if none site opens on yuor account due to some tech fault u may try bsnl.in it will open(if all thing else is equal). so if u can somehow host something on the local intranet of bsnl (bsnl is not kind enough) u may get high speed
