Thread: How do I check which BB plan am into? pls help

Hello,

I am an BSNL BB customer for past two years and I have forgotten which plan I had opted for during installation, can some one please help me how can I check or get to know my tarrif plan.

Go to BSNL Portal, log in using your 14 digit portal ID and password. Under " My orders ", enter your telephone no and check. You can your plan details.

How your BB usage shown in your latest Telepone Bill ?
Did you pay any amount towards excess usage ?
The details normally show usage excess usage
charged per MB
modem rent if any.
This is added in main column and Tax added.

Para two:
Probably if your Id is abcd @ dataone.in
10.240.144.195
log here and try different tariff plans.

If not check your IP.
Current IP Check
If 117.xx.xx.xx see previous posts.

take a closer look at your bill.
normally the plan code is written there.

Go to BSNL Portal, under my services > My usage details, select any month's usage, your plan will be displayed there

you could also call 1500 or 18004241600 and ask

Everyone has given solution.

The easiest way is find from the portal (self-service). Otherwise call the BSNL service center for details.
