Default Need Help About Night Free Usage details for home 1000 plan

    Hi friends,

Last month i applied for plan change from home 750 ul to home 1000, and got plan 1000 on 7th july (status is Provisioned in portal, and speeds are according to home 1000 plan).

But problem is that when i am checking my usage detail, it is showing night usage( 2 AM to 8 AM) as chargable. Please check attached images.

    Please help me on this.

    Thanks in advance.

Please talk to Senior Divisional Engineer (SDE) and launch a complaint. Portal lie at times.

    Thanks for your valuable input.

Just registerd a complaint to SDE. He said that, he will ring me when resolved. Let see how fast they solve my problem.

Follow ups can do magic with BSNL. Remember to ring back at the end of the day or a day later.

    I got following update:

They activated business 1000 instead of home 1000, thats why portal is showing night usage as chargable.

Now they have changed it to home 1000. I will check portal details and post status here.

    Thanks.

They may have changed the plan type. But they may not have rectified the past.

Keep a followup check that they have indeed made all your 2 AM - 8 AM free.

Yes you are right, they have not corrected the night usage for last 3 nights. Trying to contact him again, but he is not picking the phone (I have made more than 20 attempts to call him).
