Total Usage Less free night usage should not exceed 1.5 GB,
    to avoid excess usage.
Shown as summary at the top.
Night usage ensure modem switched off around 0155 AM and also at about
    0755AM.
Restart modem at about 0205 AM.
This is to avoid free usage overlapping chargeable usage.

    Check your present usage.
There could be a 30 minutes block reading during
    transient period/s.
    Para two:
BSNL - Broadband Account Management use 14digit usage portal Id and password.
( ignore if already using this)
    BSNL Portal

    if you check here,
you can check your system clock with what BSNL shows.

    Para three:
ShaPlus Bandwidth Meter - Freeware to display bandwidth consumed for session, day and month
( Accuracy seems OK , but not dependent on BSNL meters )

You can set this meter to read usage only during 0800AM to 0200AM
Will appear above Task Bar. ( Hide/Display)

Will read from today only, for this month, if installed.

In data.bsnl.in, " Chargeable Units(MB) Excluding Night Unlimited " should be less than 1.5 GB.

To get night unlimited, switch off and On the modem a little after 2.00 am and a little before 8.00 am.
