hi friends,
Iam using BSNL UL 750 broadband, using Nokia Siemens c2110 modem . I do not get connected to the internet when I switch on the modem and my computer.plz help me to connect internet automatically.

i did as in kolkata bsnl site..now data light appear..but i cant open websites..
my modem works in bridge mode properly..plz help me to connect automatically..

Refer to the menu again. Look for multi-user setup.

my data lite glitters
but cannot open any sites..
whatever may be, now iam using it in bridge mode...
hav there any pblm in bridge mode usage?

In the modem under Management or maintenance
Save present settings to hard disk say C:/c2110 bridged.

after setting up "Always On" disable the dialer in network.

In step 15 what is the Ip address you entered / "add default route "
can be 192.168.1.1 or blank.

"Always On" preferred for Portforwarding , using multiple computers etc.
if "bridged ; mode is satisfactory for you , no changes required.
"IF IT works Don't repair it !"

when i complainted in BSNL Exchange, they said it's modem's problem.they said to change my modem.....

Please do not used SMS Text line language in Tech/KB threads.

Can someone please tell me how to make my broadband connection automatically ?i called up Bsnl but they ain't very helpful,the response i got was "if you make connection auto then anyone can use ur internet" btw i'm using NMokia Siemens c2110 modem.

Hey Dude....
Switch your modem Mode To PPPOE
And Eneter your user Id and Password in Modem Conig Page
thats 192.168.1.1
There you Can Do it
After Swicthing to ppoe Mode
You will be Connected all time to internet when u switch on modem......
but have patience
after you start your modem
when dsl light gets stable
wait for 2 minutes
and INTERNET light will turn on...
It indicates yoy Are Connected to InterNet......
