Default Data Fox tool not working

Hi Friends , On this forum only i found tht i can see my usage through DataFox add on provided by mozilla , as i use ubuntu this is good s/w to use as i wont be able to use the executable(.exe) , But it seems there is some problem in it as i m not able to login , i more problem that i tried to change my portal login password and after that i m not able to login in my portal account also. Any suggestion or advice how to crack this puzzle

hi meetdilip as i mentioned that in my previous post that i tried to change my portal password after that i m not able to login , i tried after ur post also but its showing me the error incorrect userid or password , i tried calling to call center but the say password is not changed , i think the user id of portal id is in format of abc12312072009 .and if i try to login to data.bsnl.in then what credential i should use .

Both sites work on your 14 digit Portal ID (in the format you mentioned) and password, which is password. Use an independent bandwidth meter. You can find more details here

i tried 3 ways which is suggested in the link provided by u as i cant download the s/w provided by them as its for window's only and due to some strange reason i m not able to login to the portal with my userid . i tried both password the defualt one i.e password and the changed one but not able to get through it

over to it due u have any idea y the datafox is not working as when i was reading the review of this ppl were praising it a lot

The portal was down last day. May be it is causing the error. Uninstall and install again. Wait for other datafox users to comment.

If you have an independent bandwidth meter, you can relax a bit. Hope you are using it. In the link, you will mind tools similar to datafox. Try them. If your problem is errenous ID or password, nothing will work. Talk to the exchange and insist on a password reset.

I am not able to login now also and the error message is same as "invalid userid or password" ,i was able to login first time with the default password and i changed my password in that session ,it has something to do with the current problem , i mean to ask is there any problem that if u change ur password then u wont be able to login (or is it advisable not to change the password)

yes i tried both the link and other tools mentioned ,but the error is same , i made a call to call center few days ago and asked them to reset my password ,they said its not changed .
