Bsnl dosenot have the time server so you cant synchronise with their time.
But Bsnl has synchronise their time with the world time server so if you synchronise your time with the world time server then you are safe.
You can test that Bsnl have set their time with the time server or not
Just synchronise your computer with the world time server then connect with Bsnl ISP from PPPoE from your desktop and cheak the time in your computer. Which time you log in and with time you log out. Then cheak your record from your Bsnl uages record. If the log in time shows you same as your computer told you then your computer's time is set same with your Bsnl ISP time.
PPPoE from desktop I say because this can help you notice the time you log in and log out from your computer.
Bsnl time allwase synchronise with the time server.

Later cross check with a standard time station.

BSNL Servers are slightly off than your own computer time. But that does not mean that they stop ticking. In fact no server can stop ticking as long as it is working and online.

Usually, the time difference may be off by 2 or 3 minutes. But there is no automatic way to sync. You can do it manually as follows:

    a) Login to the router
    b) Go to the status page
    c) Check the time
    d) Set the time of your computer to that as shown in figure here.

    heres another unorthodox method,
Get a BSNL CDMA mobile. the handset would always show the present BSNL server time.
