Question BSNL Broadband Not opening web page

I am having a problem with my broadband connection for one month now. I cannot connect to the internet, whenever I am trying to connect its showing some error like Error: 678,679,718 etc. although sometimes it is getting connected but it is taking a lot of time for “verifying username and password” and then also lot of time for “Registering my computer on the network”. After getting connected the sent byte is increasing but the received byte is remaining constant and hence I cannot open any page. My modem and CPU is ok I have connected it with another Broadband connection of my friend and its completely working there. Even the authorities could not understand the problem. They are saying that the parameters are ok.
    Please Help!!

If you are using a dialler, delete it and make a new one.

Start > run > cmd > ipconfig/all, post the screen shot.

Both the computer and modem or only Modem ?
IF you used both, call CC.
Confirm Phone line is OK in your house.

( Ignore or try the following , as you like )
1.Post details of your modem make and model.

    2.Tried a System Restore ?

    3. OS updated ?"

    4.Start/Network/LAN
    Properties
    Network settings Page
On top your ethernet card is listed
    Click configure
    Is it enabled ?

    5.or
    Start Network /LAN
    Repair
what is the error message ?

I do not know how you are getting 10.1.9.45 as your IP address. It is clear that you are using bridge mode dialer to connect to internet.

Your IP address should be either be 59.x.x.x or 117.x.x.x.

Probably your PC TCP/IP is set to static IP. Change it to automatic. Here is how to: How to set TCP/IP settings
