disconnected since 10th friday (panipat karnal area) my bsnl broadband has been disconnected since friday morning 8 am.i am in the panipat karnal zone.is there any one else from this area whose connection has been disconnected?also which number shall i dial to get some answer to my disconnection problem?i have never been disconnected for more than an hour,this is the first time my connection has been out for more than 48 hours.
You can do a quick check whether telephones in your area/neighbourhood are disconnected or not. BSNL's network is old and hence not very good. Digging often damages the cables.
If that is not the problem, then there could be line problem at the junction box. Report the problem to BSNL by calling 1500 or at the exchange.

You will find customer care no behind your bill. Use the number and register a complaint. Talk with the customer care and ask for specific no to report disconnection problem.
the phone seems to be working fine,i can call any number using the land line bsnl phone.i can also connect to the dial up internet connection.only the dataone broadband is not working.

Just wanted to know where you stay, as I was born in karnal and stayed there for almost 15-16 years of my life.
