Thread: BSNL Broadband in general

In General this is very good and having good service.I like this and you can give your opinions.

I also think BSNL broadband service is good.As you can see in various thread most of the members also think that BSNL is providing good speed and nice rental plan with night unlimited facility in low rental price (compare to others).Only problem is if any disturbance start in particular connection then they normally takes lot of time to restore the connection also they don't have good customer care facility.

We have many opinion threads but can always welcome another one.

BSNL

Pros: Cheap, value for money, maximum reach, for new connection - they connect first and ask payment later, mostly deliver what is promised

Cons: Poor customer service, old infrastructure prone to breakdown, not suitable for online gaming.

Most important - penetration. Many have no option but BSNL. Private players never think of network.

To me BSNL is the best cos it gives me a moderate speed with cheep price rate

BSNL has most no of subscribers. It means more support on forum. This is the most happening board in whole forum.
