Hi,

I purchased BSNL ISP and they configured for me. Everything was going on fine. I installed BitDefender, and after that few sites alone did not work. I tried pinging, and it pings, but does not browse. To list down few sites:
Three W webmail.expertus dot com

Nokia Updates

These sites and updates work when I use alternative ISP, Hathway.

I suspected AntiVirus, and tried my best. All failed! I formatted my whole PC and did not installed Antivirus too. I checked and all sites gets browsed, except the above mentioned two IPs.

I now strongly suspect my BSNL Model. My modem model is utstarcom wa3002-g1. I checked all forum, and nothing seem helping me. BSNL Customer Care, oops, they never pick the call, nor care the customer (me).

Can I fix this. Check the above site if it is working for you. It should work, because it works in all places, except in my system. Could you please figure out what could be reason, and how shall I fix it.

The above webmail link is configured in my outlook too. I am able to send mails, but not receiving, though it shows how much mail is there in the below task pane. Please help!!!
