    Default A bit Obfuscated!!

    My plan has been changed from 250 start up to Home 500.But in the view usage details portal,it's
    still showing the old usage of plan 250 ie 738MB.Are they charging me according to
    Plan 500 from the beginning of the month.Although I applied in the midst of month.

    I have applied for change of plan on 13th July and today 17th july,it has changed.
    I have confirmed it by checking My Orders option in bbservice.bsnl.in web site.Is it the
    right way to check?

    Are you sure that your plan is changed. Please post the screen shot of your " My orders " in data.bsnl.in.

    Plan change is a bit tricky with hidden charges. Please go through

    possibility;
    Home 250 plan free usage 33 MB per day for number of days under this plan
    Home 500 plan wef date changed.
    Could be added to above and you may get 2.5 GB for full month.

    unlikely they will split it this way, unless they bill you BB rent
    ALSO on pro rata basis.

    Ensure, modem is switched off around 0155 AM and at about 0755 AM to avoid mixing chargeable data and free data download.

    Extract from recent BSNL circular . You may also get one.
    When you are crossing the monthly free usage limit (except unlimited plans), you will receive an intimatation automatically
    You may kndly press the button " I agree "
    to continue to enjoy the Broadband which is chargeable as per your plan.

    However , we request you to kindly switch -off and swithc-on
    the modem after pressing the "I agree" button please
    you can send an email to the BSNL technical officer also
