    Default modem disconnect due to fluctuation

    my modem disconnect everytime when the fluctuation occur
    i have huawei modem

    If you have a good online UPS...pass the modem Power Supply thru that.
    Else buy a switching power supply. Note the specs (Output Voltage and current rating)
    Go to any electronics store and ask for transformer less supply (light weight)..he'll understand.
