Thread: remote server connection failed on DNA-A211-I modem

i have a DNA-A211-I modem, i configured it in "always on pppoe/pppoa" mode, but when i diagnostic the modem summary details shows "remote server connection failed" and i could not get default gateway in device info of the modem
i am verry confused please help me.

post a screenshot of the STATUS page of your modem.. it should mention the SNR , sync rate etc..

i selected always on pppoe/pppoa" mode,

INCORRECT>
SELECT PPP over ethernet ( PPPoE) second button see Item 6 .
