BSNL ISP: is getting disconnected
and gets connected again.
Check IP when this happens. Your Dynamic Ip may change.

After monsoon is on, I am also finding disconnection is bit higher.
Modem Beetel 110Bx1 ISP BSNL Home 250.
1.ADSL splitter BSNL phones in cradle
SNR Margin (dB): 33.3 22.5
Attenuation (dB): 15.0 6.8
2.Direct to Telephone Junction. All phones removed.
SNR Margin (dB): 33.5 22.0 .
Attenuation (dB): 14.5 6.8
3. same as above Cordless/parallel phones idle.
SNR Margin (dB): 22.6 13.0
Attenuation (dB): 16.0 6.9
4. dialed a number . phone noisy 'Hiss"
SNR Margin (dB): 30.1 23.5
Attenuation (dB): 16.0 6.9
5. ; phone idle/ phone on )
snr 22 ( Idle)
snr ( steady) 30 ( busy)
6. Adsl splitter restored : Phone clean dial tone.
NR Margin (dB): 32.8 25.0
Attenuation (dB): 16.0 3.5
variation in Attn 1 or 2 db.
variation in SNR D/L max 3 db approx .
Result : ADSl splitter needed for phone use mainly.
to block the higher frequency BB signals.
broadband signal SNr not affected much. .
