Default ADSL links keeps going off

I have a BSNL broadband connection, and from time to time to ADSL link keeps going off, but then comes back to normal!

    What may be the problem?

    BSNL ISP: is getting disconnected
    and gets connected again.

Check IP when this happens. Your Dynamic Ip may change.

if its happening regularly one issue could be a faulty splitter. Try putting the modem on direct line. if problem is gone, then its definitely a splitter problem. If not, the issue could be relating to the wire/connection quality

Modem Beetel 110Bx1 ISP BSNL Home 250.

1.ADSL splitter BSNL phones in cradle
    SNR Margin (dB): 33.3 22.5
    Attenuation (dB): 15.0 6.8

2.Direct to Telephone Junction. All phones removed.
    SNR Margin (dB): 33.5 22.0 .
    Attenuation (dB): 14.5 6.8

    3. same as above Cordless/parallel phones idle.
    SNR Margin (dB): 22.6 13.0
    Attenuation (dB): 16.0 6.9

    4. dialed a number . phone noisy 'Hiss"
    SNR Margin (dB): 30.1 23.5
    Attenuation (dB): 16.0 6.9

    5. ; phone idle/ phone on )
    snr 22 ( Idle)
    snr ( steady) 30 ( busy)

    6. Adsl splitter restored : Phone clean dial tone.
    NR Margin (dB): 32.8 25.0
    Attenuation (dB): 16.0 3.5

variation in Attn 1 or 2 db.
variation in SNR D/L max 3 db approx .

Result : ADSl splitter needed for phone use mainly.
to block the higher frequency BB signals.
broadband signal SNr not affected much. .
