Default Where To Request Plan Change Online?
Hi guys,
I am using Home 500+ plan and needs to change the plan online. I have logged on to my portal Id on data.bsnl.in but in that there is no option of plan change. Request you to let me know from which site we can request the plan change.

also does not have the facility.

Give an application in Duplicate to CC
at your exchange. Get a receipt in duplicate copy.

If you apply now, hopefully it will be "Provisioned"
wef 1st August.
Check often in MY orders and confirm the plan
has been changed.

BSNL does not accept any online change request.

Follow essbebe's advice.

True. Plan change application cannot be done online. A written application need to be submitted. It will be wise to keep a duplicate copy. Plan change is a bit tricky with hidden charges, please refer
