Default Need a bitt of help

    Hello guys,

I use BSNL UL 750 plan and would like to share the internet on 2 computers, i am using Huawei WA1003A wifi router (presently being used in bridge mode) and Dlink DES-1008D ethernet switch both systems running windows xp sp2. Can i get any pointers to what i need to do as of changing router or system settings to share the internet connection.

To avail internet on more than one computer, you need to switch to PPPoE mode.

    h t t p://mydataone.net/router/wa1003a.html
The little I know about Dataone Broadband Services offered by BSNL.
Check settings in this web site.

    Or
    2.
download the instructions file about 1 MB from
    DataOne User Manual
    3.
For two computers LAN and (USB port if available) can be used.
( switch not needed ) Try without switch.
    4
Or one computer in LAN mode and another in WIFI mode.
Desktop computer will require. Wireless Lan card.

    .

    Add both links to bookmarks.

    Feedback please.

@ essbebe sorry for the really late reply my grandmother just passed away in between so was not able to get online being busy with things as you might imagine but i have follwed all the instructions givesn in the bsnl web page to change my router to pppoe mode but even without switch it dosent connect to the internet on a single computer and when ever i reset modem to factory setting to switch back to bridge mode to atleast connect to the net its performance becomes horrible in comparison to the time before attempt of setting change to pppoe and changes back withing a day or two and i dont play around with my settings

@superprash2003 nope no error as of such on the modem configuration page
