I am fed up with bsnl and I think they are more of a scamming company. I have been having this problem that there are frequent diconnections (anywhere between 1 min - 30 mins of switching on the modem - avg time = 10 mins). Then the connection does not come back until I do not switch off and then on the modem. Only after that the connection comes back, sometimes even then it doesn;t come and I have to switch off and on teh modem again. You ppl can well imagine how frustrating this can be . This is a 2 month old problem they send engineer (can those guys even be called that .. they are complete chirkuts) and twice the line man came ... but teh problem is as it was.. plus they closed the complaint even though I said that my problem remained unsolved. Calling up the DGM also did not help much....
So at the end of this story... I'd like to get a new conxion.. but as I have puchased their sickly modem.. I have already invested money in this.

inside me says that I will not pay the bill and let them cut my connection whenever it pleases them. DO they take any real action against ppl who dont pay up and is there a legal procedure in place for this???
PS: my estimated bill for this month is <Rs.1000
