    Question Frequent disconnection with utstarcom ut300r2u...

    HI GUYS,
    IAM HAVING UTSTARCOM UT300R2U.
    IAM USING HOME 500 PLAN,
    WHILE FREE DOWNLOADS ALWAYS DISCONNECTING
    AND THE SPEED IS VERY LOW.
    I ASKED BSNL FOR CHANGINH MODEM,
    THEY REFUSED THAT WE CANT HELP FOR DISCONNECTIONS
    I COMPLAINT TO MAIN CENTER HERE IN PUNE.
    THEY SAID WE WILL SEND OUR ENGINEER TO YOUR HOUSE.
    HE WILL CHECK TOLD..
    WHAT CAN I DO ...?

    What is the speed you are getting ? What is SNR & attenuation?

    At NIGHT IAM GETTING SPEED OF 213KBps
    But Earlier i used to Get Speed Of 238KBps Constant for torrent
    with my dlink glb 502T

    lol 20ksps drop aint too much, as far as the disconnections are concerned, me even at kolkata face that, i dunno what u can do.

    1. Please post your SNR and attenuation values.
    2. Mention whether you use a dialler or can connect net by simply switching On the modem.
    3. Start > run > cmd > ipconfig/all, post the screen shot.

    Hope this will be of some use
