I have BSNL home 750 ul internet connection. I received an Email id from Bsnl. But I cant open that email, please inform me that Email's website address.
Isearched in google, but I didnt get.

this is the message when i tried to login.I cant see any link "forgot password" also?

Unless you changed the password, it is password. Username is what you got from exchange. It is normally your surname.

I had changed my password. But i remember , i changed both my broadband password and email password, both are same. but my broadband works, not may email

Call customer care and ask them to check/ try to log in through their system. If not possible, request a password reset.

Use the old password for email access.

Option 2;
Recently , i got information BSNL allots different
ID for email and password.
( For 59.xx.xx.xx users userID email Id same password also same
( for 117.xx.xx.xx users now UserId and email Id and Portal Id are different Three sets. )

I could not see an option to change email id password in

unable to proceed further.

Please mention the web site WHERE you changed Password for
both USER ID & emailID ( If ID's were different ).
