hi, i have bsnl broadband connection, the connection is good but today it irritates me, bcz the page is not loading, the sent bytes increases rapidly while recieved bytes very slow , whats the problem pls help me and give solution.

Also if you are getting low speed post your plan , & SNR and attenuation from modem.

You can upload image as meetdilip had said from manage attachment. You will not be able to post as your post count is less than 15

You can upload your pic in tinypic kind of website and then you can use that URL to post screen shot, Also you can attach your image here only from "Manage Attachment" button under "Additional Options" just below the reply screen.. And then use that URL to post screen shot..

1. How do you connect ? Using a dialler or simply switching On the modem ?

2. Post your modem - model and make

3. If using a dialler, delete the present one and try a new one.

i too face the same problem, bsnl guys are helpless dont waste time with them to resolve the problem, if your line is not faulty, if your port is not faulty, and if there is no problem with your modem and all the settings are all right.

Solution for this when ever the pages dont load just switch OFF the modem and ON it and check whether the pages are loading. Keep switching it off and on untill the pages start to load, once its loading dont switch off the modem, else again you will have the same problem.
