The Speeds OF Unlimited Plans Will not Increase Because
they have just become cheaper last year.....
wait for one more year.....!!!!
or go for h500

I am using Home 500 C+ now. Then maybe they could increase the download limit to atleast 4 GB.

The future of broadband is unlimited usage plans. Even airtel has introduced cheap unlimited plans. I don't agree with the comment above that bsnl will not increase speed of unlimited plans.

I don't think 256kbps speed for a Rs 750 + taxes is cheap, is it??

Yes, compared to other private ISPs in India. But it's nothing compared to the ones in other countries. Of course BSNL got it's advantages too.

Pl. remember that with H250 u need a voice plan too.
So H250 plus V180 i.e. Rs. 430 will get u 1 GB and 50 calls. (plus NU if and when it is given)
H500C: Rs.500 will get u 1.5 GB plus 175 calls plus NU

so only Rs. 70 more for 0.5 GB more and 125 calls more. H500C still appears to be a better option.

3 months before i was also using h UL 750
But Speed Was *****
So changed to Home 500...
Speeds Of thought...
237KBps at night....!!!!!!

I am adding a line to you comment for those availing 20% rebate as govt/PSU employee with annual discounted payment under 500c plan. They have to pay 4412.00 for the whole year. and if you calculate then you will find they are paying Rs 367.66 per month including TAX.
