    Question Frequent disconnection

    I have my own model Beetel 220 BX ADSL model and i have been using this for 3+ years. I have the unlimitted BSNL Bradband connection. The line is split for the phone and the internet by a spliter. It has been working fine for the last 8 months and now i get the model line getting dropped for every 2 or 3 minutes, though the phone line is continuously working. Is there a problem only in the data line or is it the problemowth my modem? Please help.

    i too faced the same problem, a week ago, filed a complaint with BSNL people, they said the problem was from their end (faulty lines due to rain), but for now its again back to normal. i would suggest u to file a complaint first.

    does the DSL led go off when you face disconnections?
