I Want To Change my User Id Of Bsnl DataOne BroadBand
Can I Send Letter For Changing it...??

nope, u cant.....

When you applied for BB connection , you must have given
your choice of user ID . Now appended with @ bsnl.in
I think you can change your 14digit user ID for usage portal.
Not verified.
MY IP 59.xx.xx.xx .

Now a days they don't charge any Installation charges etc .
You can get a new connection with preferred Id now.
and surrender the old connection

Even in this forum we cannot change the ID as we like.
see mine is "essbebe" and another has
registered as "essbee." recently !
I was also confused for sometime !
But does not matter now.

i got bsnl new connection on 29 july 2009 (home 500). i am able to see july (29-31) data usage, but unable to see august 2009 data usage till date. SITE: -DISPLAYS NO DATA USAGE RECORD FOUND.pls help

wait Buddy it will come after 4 or 5 july!
You have to wait till 4 or5 of each month

BSNL servers are down during first week due to billing process. Use a bandwidth meter.

BSNL do not update the usage details on a real time basis. Normally it takes 2 -3 days for the usage to appear on the portal.
