Thread: usage details for aug 2009 is not showing

hi , i am using broadband from 22july 2009, it is showing july billed 190.42 mb
and not showing aug unbilled till today aug 2009. is somebody having the same problem. thanks

BSNL portals do not update the usage instantly. The portals are mostly down during 1 -5. Try after a day or two.

Most of us use a bandwidth meter to check the usage. Your BSNL email ID will receive an email alert when the usage limit is exceeded. Please check it regularly.

I think this problem is there only for those with 117.x.x.x series of IP's.

I always find my portal updated instantly.

hi, i have the same problem. i get home 500 connection on 29th july 2009, ican my july month usage(29-31), but for august month - it shows no usage data record found.

Try a bandwidth meter
