    Default minor problem.

    my modem is in pppoe mode when i click the broadband dialer it says connecting via wan mini port and then it says line is busy. the green light for data is on so i reboot the modem and before the green light for data glow i connect it via bb dialer and it connects my modem is ut300r2u what should i do.
    my next query is that my snr margin is 32 and 31 is it ok.

    Your modem is in pppoe mode then why do you want to connect using dialer. It is always connected. If not go to 192.168.1.1 and fill your id and password in the modem itself.
    snr margin is excellent.

    i always have to connect via dialer

    PPPoE - No dialler, switch ON the modem to connect to internet.
    Bridge - You need a dialler to connect to internet.

    Please confirm your mode.

    it seems as though your modem is in bridged mode.. your SNR is perfect.. is the DSL LED in your modem ON?

    sought out the problem make it in bridge mode now again its working just more than perfect get connected in just 3 sec after pressing connect in dialer inst amazing specially when u r on bsnl.
    and thanks for advice.
    one thing i would like to know as my snr margin is good and the wire is also new but in 10 days i never got full speed only between 1.5 to 1.8 why.

    Try servers at New York and say Sydney.

    the speed is not a constant factor.
    The speed shown when downloading from a Microsoft site
    can be taken as standard ( *conditions apply )
