Thread: bsnl has not yet changed my internet plan

i applied a change in my broadband from 250 to 500 c+ on 25th july 2009.......
so i downloaded 4 2 gb in the mornings ........ now when i checked my account in data.bsnl.in i am shown chargable units excluding night unlimited :2345 units..
what to do now?

Go to data.bsnl.in, My order and check you current plan and effective date. Plan change take at least a week. So it is important to check the effective date. It is better if you can post the screen shot after blackening the personal details.

Please avoid sms language in technical threads. It is hard to determine whether you downloaded 42 GB or 2 GB.

Your plan change is yet to be scheduled. Talk with the office where you gave the application. They are yet to pass it to the technical department. Make regular follow ups.
