Rep Power: 0  |  New broadband blocked When I got my new connection my connection got blocked when checked with BSNL customer service said there is no fault on their side, later I found out it was a virus. Even my neighbour got BSNL connection they too faced the same problem. |

Rep Power: 9  |  please indicate the issue you want to discuss. If it was indeed a virus that would indicate a problem with your anti-virus and firewall programs rather than the internet connection. |

| Try a good antivirus like Avira or Avast. CA Yahoo Antispy is also efficient and will work fine with your antivirus. |

Please provide further details. name of virus how it stopped access to Internet etc. This may help us in guiding others , with similar problem/s. wait update 2048PM. see Annexure . Yahoo Antispy updated and scanned in 7 seconds. I use Avira AV Premium application only. |
