Thread: Bsnl broadband plan changed

I have Broadband Plan Home299-combo. Now I have applied for Change of the plan from the existing one to Home UL750 Plus. I have checked the BSNL Portal where my order id has been shown and the Order status has been displayed as "provisioned". What does this mean? Does it mean that I can now have unlimited access & download or upload facility?

" provisioned " means plan change has occurred. Also check the effective date.
