    Default frequent disconnection during 2am-8am

    i am having problem of frequent disconnection only from 2 am - 8 am and i feel this is strange why only during this time....any of you with same problem

    Please mention the modem model/make.

    Do you connect through bridge mode(dial) or pppoe mode(always on)?

    man? i too face the same problem im in to a new problem now since twodays During 2:00am to 8:00AM the internet doesn't connect or if connected the speed on torrents (while downloading movies through torrents even thoygh their is enough seed and peer rate)it seldom exceeds 40KB IM USING HOME650PLUS JUST TWODAYS BACK IT WAS ALMOST 200Kb ON TORRENTZ WHILE DOWNLOADING MUTIPLE FILES



    IS IT JUST ATRICK BY BSNL TO PUT AN CAP ON DOWNLOAD LIMIT DURING FREE HOURS.

    AND DISCONNECTION IS SO FREQUENT EVEN DURING DAY TIME FOR ME I USE TYPE 2 MODEM DNA -A211-1 MODEL WITH PPOE CONNECTION

    Okay, I had this problem a year back with my modem (UTSARCOM wa3002g1) too.

    I will share how I troubleshoot it:

    1. I capped the upload speed in the UTorrent at 20KBps

    2. I changed the modem settings from ADSL2+ to G.DMT.

    Try the above steps in that order and verify as each step is a resolution to this problem.

    If the disconnection doesn't stop, get your line checked.

    P.S. - As far as I know, BSNL doesn't cap downloads.
